Refund and Cancellation Policy

Kali to confirm the notice periods below before launch.

Rescheduling

Life happens. If you need to move a session, please let Kali know as early as possible. Sessions moved with at least 48 hours' notice can be rescheduled at no cost.

Late cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed sessions, forfeit the deposit. Your time is held exclusively for you and usually cannot be offered to someone else at short notice.

Packages

Unused sessions in a 5-session or 10-session package can be rescheduled. Refunds for unused package sessions are considered case by case.

If Kali needs to cancel

If Kali has to cancel, you will be offered a new time or a full refund of anything paid for that session.

Ending a session early

Sessions ended early under section 4 of the terms are not refunded.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
